Coronavirus Impact in the Wireless Repair Industry

We are aware the coronavirus continues to disrupt our industry’s supply chain. The objectives of this notice are to give you a general update on what our partners in China have communicated, what our stock will look like, and a few action steps we will be taking to help your business with us run smoothly. Our Asian partners and our factories report the markets will open the first week of April, well aware that this has been previously delayed, we would not be surprised if dates were to change again. As optimistic as we want to be, our practical side and our responsibility with all of you is of transparency. At this point, there is a lot of uncertainty, and that is why we highly recommend to stock up on products as much as you can.

We want to be very conservative with our ramp-up estimate times, but we are working day and night (literally) to fight stock shortages through these difficult times. While prices in china might increase, we are doing our very best to keep our prices as
real and as low as possible throughout this time. We do not believe our prices should increase unless our costs go up.
